Our messaging programs

Cheer Technologies, LLC sends text messages through two programs. You receive messages only from a program you opted into.

  • Cheer Replay Alerts: messages to coaches and team contacts about their routines, for example links to routine video, results and score sheets, and upload invitations for an event.
  • Themis Notifications: event notifications sent through Themis on behalf of the event producer or gym you registered with, for example schedule changes, check-in and warm-up times, registration, waiver and payment reminders, and important event updates.

How you opt in

You opt in when you enter your mobile number in Themis or Cheer Replay, or give it to your event producer or gym, and check the box agreeing to receive text messages from that program. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or registration.

You can also opt in without an account: Cheer Replay Alerts at https://app.cheerreplay.com/sms/join or by texting JOIN to the Cheer Replay number, and Themis Notifications at https://themis.events/sms-join. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your events and activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from that program. We will send one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@themis.events (Themis) or support@cheerreplay.com (Cheer Replay), or call +1 (415) 808-5255. You can opt back in by replying START or by turning text messages back on in your account.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US and Canadian carriers.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
